Order Processing

Processing Time: Once you place your order, our team gets to work! Orders are typically processed and handed off to our courier partners within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong).

Confirmation: You will receive two key emails from us:
An Order Confirmation email immediately after you complete your purchase.
A Shipping Confirmation email, which includes your tracking number, as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.

Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong):
Once dispatched, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.

International Shipping:
We are proud to serve the global Primal Power community! International shipping times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. Please allow approximately 7-21 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.

Important Information

Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Primal Power Nutrition (Primal Health Limited) is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders): Primal Power Nutrition is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend you check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.

Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery or your tracking information has not updated, we recommend first contacting the courier directly with your tracking number. If you still need assistance, our support team is here to help.
