Founding Director & Chief Growth Officer

Born in England and now based in Hong Kong, he is a professional rugby player with a passion for performance, health, and athletic development.
As a Co-Founder of Primal Power Nutrition (PPN), he brings together years of experience in professional sport, personal training, and evidence-based practice to support others in reaching their full potential.
Holding an MSc in Sports Therapy and a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science, he has built his career around understanding how the body performs, recovers, and adapts.
Combined with many years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer, his approach blends academic knowledge with real-world application, helping athletes and individuals improve performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
