Opened Products: For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any product that has been opened. We encourage you to ensure you have selected the correct product before breaking the seal.

Our Error, Our Responsibility: If you receive the wrong item or there has been a clerical error with your order on our part, we will take full responsibility. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for the return of the incorrect product at our expense and promptly send you the correct order or provide a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return for a Sealed Product

Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending the sealed product back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning sealed items due to a change of mind.
